           1. Select a product: Look for the surname you want using the search box that is on the page, top right.
You can search your last name alphabetically (which are subdivided by region or country of origin) through the letters that appear on the homepage in the middle.           2. Add to Cart Once selected your Coat of Arms, you can add to the shopping cart. 
         3. Select desired features and add to cart You can customize your Coat of Arms, and specify the features you want.
You can choose from a definition of 150 DPI or 300 DPI, choose from tne Framework available (no extra charge), and you can choose the shape of the Coat of Arms which is set by default in Predetermines or an extra shape and generate an additional charge extra $ 4.5 U.S. dollar. 
          4. Go to cart or continue shopping You can choose to go to Cart or continue shopping. 
You can always login to your cart by clicking the View Cart link to your account in the left column of the screen at the bottom. 
          5. Cart Once in the cart, you can review the details of your purchase, and make changes if you prefer, you can choose whether to move to cash (Checkout) or Continue Shopping. 
           6. Options: you are a customer or new buyer? Here you can register if you are a new buyer or you can access your account if you are already a customer. 
          7. Checkout (Email Address) Here are details of your purchase, your account details and shipping address, which is set to the default address (E-mail) of your account, although you can add more addresses if you wish. 
        8. Chekout (Complete Order) At this stage you must check your details and confirm the order. You will be redirected to the secure Paypal page for payment where you can do with your card (credit / debit) or with your Paypal account.
PS: At this stage you should write in the comments box of your last name and exact espesificar so if you want to include the Key to your coat of arms or leave blank if you do not want to include the Legend. 
       9.- Radirection to the safe site Paypal Enter the secure Paypal page where you can make your payment if you have a Paypal account or if you have no account you have the option to make the payment by credit cards (credit / debit) Visa or Master Card.
